Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely rooms with city views at a very reasonable price, making it a great choice in Zurich. The location is quiet and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, the service could have been better due to communication challenges in English.
My stay was like a dream come true, just across a quiet road from the monorail to the trams. The rooms felt like a luxurious apartment with all modern facilities, offering a generous, well-equipped, open-plan design with a small kitchenette. The location provided a perfect setting for a restful night's sleep, and at such a reasonable price for Zurich, I can only assume the owners are well aware of the gem they have.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are not only very spacious but also extremely comfortable and convenient with a built-in kitchen. The service made me feel like part of the family, and the location, while a bit confusing to find initially, was close enough to the city center and next to a lovely park. The dining was excellent, with a healthy and delicious menu. The facilities provided were top-notch.
I was amazed by the beautiful high ceilings, complete window front, modern and expensive furniture, big bathtub, and the Nespresso machine in the room. Just across a quiet road to the monorail to the trams, we were on the top floor with views of the city and lake. It truly is an amazing place where you can enjoy and relax, and I only wish we had stayed longer.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for longer stays, but the service was not always comfortable with late-night furniture rearrangements. The location is lovely for its fenicular ride and proximity to transportation, though there were some misunderstandings. Dining was enjoyable with fresh products, and the facilities were top-notch, but there are some aspects to improve.
